In this hands-on workshop, you'll build a small charcuterie board designed to serve approximately 2–3 people. We will cover cheese selection, meat styling, folding techniques, color balance, texture, and presentation while creating a board you'll be proud to serve.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. No experience necessary — all supplies are included.
