When will I receive my first delivery?

Your first arrangement will arrive within 1–2 business days of subscribing. We deliver Tuesday through Friday. If you subscribe on a Sunday or Monday (when we’re closed), your delivery will arrive the next business day.

When will I be charged?

You will be billed monthly on the same date you originally subscribed.

What if my renewal date falls on a weekend or holiday?

If your renewal falls on a weekend or holiday, your delivery will occur the next business day.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Complimentary delivery is included within Sioux Falls city limits.

Do arrangements come in a vase?

Yes. Every Bloom Club arrangement is delivered in a curated vase, ready to be placed and enjoyed immediately.

We rotate neutral, seasonal vessel styles throughout the year to keep your deliveries feeling fresh and intentional.

Will I receive a new vase each month?

Yes. Each month arrives in a thoughtfully selected vase designed to complement the arrangement.

To reduce waste and keep things sustainable, you may return any Bloom Club vase for a $5 credit toward a future Platter & Petal purchase.

How does the vase return credit work?

You can return your Bloom Club vase in one of two ways:

• Leave it out during your next delivery
• Drop it off at Platter & Petal anytime during business hours

Once returned, we’ll issue a $5 credit to your account to use toward a future board or bloom order.

Returned vases are professionally cleaned and reused.

Can I gift Bloom Club to someone else?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. You can update delivery details at any time.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account portal.
